Cialis and Its Adverse Effects

The number of men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction (ED) worldwide is in the millions. Studies had shown that stress contributes the most to ED. In today’s word, everyone wants things to be done fast and efficiently. Therefore, it is no surprise that men turned to drugs like Cialis for help. However, taking fast acting drugs had its downside as well.

Have you been taking Cialis on a regular basis as a form of sex enhancement product? Have you ever thought of the medical implications if you take Cialis without first consulting your doctor? Do you know that there are adverse effects of taking Cialis even if you are not old and have no serious medical condition?

Cialis is one of the most popular sex enhancement drug that is sold in the market today. Yet, it is full of risks, medical and psychological. Have you ever noticed that there is a label stating of potential risk on the packaging of Cialis? Do not mistake that just of a normal label, it true that you can suffer from but not limited to sudden hearing loss, headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or running nose from taking Cialis itself.

According to U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), there are even more risk if you are over 50 years old, had diabetes, hypertension (high-blood pressure), coronary artery disease, hyper-lipidemia and if you are a smoker.

A research from England had concluded that taking Cialis increases the chance of suffering a heart attack by 10 times more than the people who did not consumer Cialis. The same study had also concluded that there is more risk with age and even more risk if you are suffering from other medical implications.

Another study of Cialis from the University of Alabama had concluded that people who took Cialis are more at risk from the general public to be diagnosed with Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic neuropathy (NAION). NAION is the most common form of optic nerve damage in older U.S. adults, with up to 6000 people developing the condition every year.

Therefore, a word of caution to whoever is reading this, if you are taking Cialis and you had not consulted your doctor before that, I urge you to consult your doctor now!

Fortunately for the people who wanted the effect of Cialis but not its side-effects, there are alternatives. One such alternative is by taking herbal supplement instead of using drugs like Cialis. Researchers are now looking at the history of herbal medicine and rediscovering 100% herbal supplements and backing them with the scientific methods.
